Also something to think about next time you're in a critique and the effort of thinking critically seems to hard or you don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. You don't have to be mean to give a thoughtful critique, but you'll never be able to do it until you stop worrying about hurting feelings and start worrying about helping your colleagues improve their work.
